We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transport. If your return is eligible for a refund, it will not include shipping and handling charges that may appear on the packing slip or invoice.

Returning unopened items:
We only accept the return of returned items within 14 days of delivery, as indicated by the original tracking information.
Exchanges
We only exchange defective or damaged goods. When you consider a product to be defective, please contact us, within 30 days of your purchase, at the email address below and provide details of the product and defect. We will then tell you how to return the product.

Process
When we receive your item, we will review it and notify you by email, within a reasonable time, if you are entitled to a refund or exchange.
If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price and a credit will be applied to the original payment method. Shipping and handling charges you have already paid are nonrefundable and the amounts refunded do not include the cost of shipping. A maximum of 30 business days after receiving our email may elapse before the refund has been received.
If you qualify for an exchange, we will send you a new item to the original shipping address.
Gifts
If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will know that you have returned the item.
