Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
- The Goods were not used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Note: Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods purchased on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if prohibited by applicable law.

Reporting Damaged or Defective Products
If you received damaged or defective Goods, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a refund or exchange.

- Provide proof of damage (e.g., photos or videos).
- Once verified, we will process your refund or exchange.

Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product for the same one, contact us. Please note that We only replace Goods you received defective or damaged.
Gifts
- If the Goods were marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, the recipient can return the item and receive store credit in the form of a digital gift card for the value of the return. The gift card will be emailed to the recipient after the return is processed.
- If the Goods were not marked as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver chose to have the item shipped to themselves to give to You later, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.
- All gift returns must meet the same return conditions outlined in our policy, including being unused, undamaged, and returned within 30 days of purchase.
